Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the most convenient shipping option, no matter where you are in the Philippines. We aim to have the highest level of responsiveness at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided in two parts:

1. Processing time: Order verification, quality checks, and packaging. All order are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and the shipping company processes the orders which takes two days.
2. Shipping time

• Two days in Metro Manila
• Four days in Luzon outside Metro Manila
• Six days in Visayas and Mindanao
