3. Bring comfortable sports attire (athletic shorts, jogging pants, shirt, etc.) and lots of water on the first day
4. Uniforms are ordered here. You get your uniform 1 to 2 weeks after ordering. Uniforms are made to order.
6. Claim the uniform from the Instructor, NOT from Urban Ashram
7. Have fun in the class 👍
