SAFETY POLICY

The on-site group class minimum safe-practice age for minors is 7 years old
The on-site group class maximum safe-practice age for adults is 70 years old
Class days are mask-optional days
Attendees with cough or colds are advised to wear masks for the duration of class to safeguard the well-being of fellow learners and guests

Some Reminders

1. What to Bring - please bring the following :

enrollment receipt / proof of payment
drinking water
valid id
face mask (optional starting January 2024)

2. Arrive Early - get to class at least 15 minutes early so you'll have time to change and warm up.

3. What to Wear - wear clean workout clothes on your first day -

jogging pants and shirt
shorts and a shirt are okay
leggings and a shirt are okay

4. No Footwear Zone- please leave your footwear (and arrange them neatly) outside the class space. This will help ensure the cleanliness of your dojo.

5. Class Cards - applicable to 8 and 16-class packages only. Trial Class attendees do not need a class card.
